Since their inception, they have delivered over 300 commercial and residential projects. To meet the growing need for quality office space, they have developed exciting and creative Class A professional and medical office parks. Belleair has also partnered with some of the country’s most prominent single-family, multi-family, and high-rise home builders to bring quality residential projects to the market. President and founder, Carlos Yepes, has been actively developing projects for over 40 years. Co-owner, Christian Yepes, has been with the company for the last 15 years.
